My desire is to share with others some of the thoughts and feelings I have along the way hoping that it might help you in your life.
It is about having the freedom to just experience our emotions and feelings rather than having them control us. In life there are many sorrows and many joys that we will feel.
We can create a peaceful space within ourselves and be open to whatever is happening in each moment without judgement and attachment but just observing.
Experiencing Tranquil Freedom is appreciating the miracles and beauty we have right here and right now. We are fortunate the universe and earth provide us with so many all the time. While they are always changing they are still here for us to see and feel.
This journey invites an inquiry into our deepest selves…who we are and why we are here. The inquiry begins the process of total self-acceptance.
This process ultimately leads to the practices of self-compassion and self-forgiveness,a critical part of the journey to Tranquil Freedom.
There is no real peace without total acceptance of ourselves just as we are.
The people around us and all with whom we come in contact provide many pleasures and opportunities for friendship and camaraderie. I try in each moment to concentrate on the people before me and see who they really are. This is what works for me.
